I am a 60 year woman recently relocated to Katoomba after a year in Canberra. I have my own 10 year old male dog (Wookie - beautiful grey Shi Tzu/Poodle) who gets on well with other smallish dogs. I particularly love working dogs after having had a Red Heeler - my best friend for 14 years (sadly passed away in Dec 2019). I fostered several working dogs after that ... but now have my little Wookie (rescued 2 years ago). Unfortunately the fences here are not high enough for me to host medium-large breeds (unless they are seniors and no longer able or interested in jumping fences). I do particularly love caring for older dogs. I have M.E./CFS which means I am home pretty much 24/7 but alas won't be able to do long walks ... however there is a large grassy and sunny back and front yard here, fully fenced and secure. I do some casual work in the Music department at Western Sydney Uni during academic semesters - but that is just one half day a week. I live alone so your dog will have lots of attention, love & care (if that's their preference), and a relaxing peaceful time.  If they need their own space I am also happy to let them have it. They will sleep inside and have full access to all parts of the house and yard. I am in a quiet street in North Katoomba, not far from the bush but also close to town.
